All it takes

It takes time to see 

Snd it takes time to be, 

There’s love always around 

A smile is all it takes, that covers your ground.

There’s no peace with speed

But complacency is a partial need,

Focus on a smile 

Look at the positives, even if they take a while.

We all posses goodness 

But it’s easy to knock other peoples’ ways,

Especially those who indirectly manipulate, thinking that behaviour is okay.

Act with a smile 

Act with a timely grace,

Hold my hand unconditionally, anytime and any place.

Smile with your heart

It’s more powerful antidote than you think?

May God’s hold inside of you

Where sadness can make you sink.

Two ways to see it

Exercise is healthy

Drinking can lead to a state unhealthy,

They say “you need to live”

I prefer training that bit harder, that’s what I wish to give.

Yes both produce the same chemicals, to give you a lift

An easy option is no maintaining

Where exercise can be sustaining.

 

Think about it..???

If you don’t, then clearly the body and mind you look to harm

That’s not the deal, start lightly, then the rest shall provide a charm.

Pray with all your love when training

God will provide you belief, when containing.

Give it your all, the flow shall appear 

There is always hope when exercising, my dear.

A new page opens

Starting with a prayer

Never regard that as a dare,

It’s a gift and a way forward 

And a perennial hope and a lifting far from awkward .

You prefer to start with a cigarette?

I rather be a clean

Not this debauchery, I rather look to God by becoming pristine.

You go the gym and prayer while you there

People don’t know you are wishing them love,

It’s the Father’s gift from the sky above.

You love and you keep going forward,

Never lose your faith with the hope that wonderfully surrounds,

Remember the humbleness of his son, which keeps our feet girly on the ground.

There was “Bring me sunshine” 

And “Always look at the bright of life,”

These classic song which moved towards a smile,

and always lasts for quite a while.

There was “One moment in time” 

And “The final countdown”, when  preparing for the fight,

Not forgetting “We all need someone to love”, to give us insight.

“Keep on moving don’t stop”

A humble tune from soul to soul,

“Good vibrations” from the beach boys 

Creativity harmony that’s never toyed.

There was “I am still standing”

And “Never going to give you up,”

As long we day prayers to release,

Then Cat Stevens “father and son” came with wise words to tame the Devils beast.

Gym and then a cup of coffee

All the elements work

Praying while working out

Then having a coffee, that’s worth a shout.

They both impact the body

But praying is key,

Especially when training to keep on the straight

Heaven is beckoning, a worthy fate.

A coffee picks up the mood

But training releases the same chemicals to make you feel good,

Coffee and prayers, humbleness has always been God’s wanting to share.

Love to love

Train for the strength God provides,

There is a spiritual war brewing 

Us as children of God shall not be stewing.

Arguments

Arguments can be healthy 

Arguments can be meek,

Arguments can take you too the edge where nonsensical is often leaked.

Arguments can be cruel

They cause a cynical mind,

A debate can be healthy 

Yet turning others against 

Merely through differences, causes a withholding defence 

Why are we opposing differences? 

When unity gives us rest?

I suppose it’s the minority that cause harm  

not their nonsensical views that doesn’t work a charm.

We are not kind to ourselves 

Chaos has becomes everyone’s friend,

Loving of one another, is where I depend.
