What do you expect with zero patience

what do you expect?
Being impatient doesn’t make that attribute worth it..

Time isn’t always on our side 
Sometimes you react, sometimes you collide.

You interrupt a sentence because we forget what we might say, 
Stop, remember what’s in your head,
Sometimes your mind needs to relax and that’s not always before you go to Bed.

Relax, and take your time
The speed of an application won’t help you anymore or any less,
People need to learn the art of being methodical, otherwise quickness can put you in a torrid mess.

Be patient and learn to take a step back,
This is a car crash waiting to happen so remember your heart rate can sometimes retract.

18 months of hope…

From this journey you must of learnt so much about you,
18 months in the present moment, that’s the path God wanted you to ensue.

You have done so well,
You should be so exceptionally proud thee,
Shout to the roof tops because this is day to celebrate, and with more to come,
This is a blessing, as from hard work plenty has been humbly won.

And during this time there were people praying for you, 
You may not know them, but this is the journey which awaits, 
This is your timing, but this is one of your conquests which needs to be state.

So ‘Well done’; as none of thought we will get on the right track towards this sobriety journey
May the blessings be continuous you are a child of God… and with that so worthy.

Being light minded

Life can be serious 
Life can be intense,
I rather have a laugh, say something gregarious as most things irrational don’t make sense..

Forgot about the politics
Forget about the people who thrive on sadness,
They need to take a chill pill, and focus on the light minded madness.

Forgot about sex
That’s not the be all in your life, 
Remember it’s about being light minded, 
and not seeking an aggressive behaviour which achieves nothing sighted.

It’s about being chilled out 
It’s about having a laugh, 
It’s about raising a smile,
The latter could last longer than wanting to be in the mist of the rile.

The world can be blind, as your higher power can always see.

There is time and that’s a calling
You are a blessing from a higher spirit, it is only yourself who is halting. 

Prayers are there at your beck and call,
This is your time with your higher power 
for who you will get to understand and devour.

These words are not about me, they are about you too,
You are blessing, so it’s important you take in these words, in this spectacular time you will be able to ensue.

When all fails.

You can argue with me all you want
I prefer to discern and leave you be, 
If you are attacked by debate, remember the devil is a liar.. can’t you see?

Any of us can be distant, 
And sometimes you can understand that course of action, 
People want you to derail you, and a response shan’t bring no satisfaction. 

The Devil is a liar 
And the Devil is a cheat, 
Whatever your relationship with the higher power, there is always deceit. 

I pray for you right now
I know that most of us are on the same page, 
At the end of the day, it’s God’s world which he created
But the wrath of the devil, shall always be prayed against.. rather than hated.

Patient with each other…

Do you want someone to let you finish your sentence?
If people don’t, then perhaps they are apprehensive to forgetting what they want to say, 
You know by his grace, there is a teachable patience within yourself, allow the other person to say their words there and then for today.

Bless you, 
And be patient to with your heart, 
Be careful how you speak to others, 
Like it says in Matthew chapter 5 verse 44 to 45
Turn the other cheek and serve with the other hand
This is your time executing patience, that’s where you stand.

Be kind to you and others 
Treat others like you would like to be treated yourself, 
This is a hope of foundation, a humble forthcoming and moment of spiritual wealth. 

You are you
And they are who they are, 
You have a choice to stay, or leave, 
Close the door to the room you reside,
Say little, and pray for the instigator as they are trying to unsteady your ride. 

You are a beautiful person
You should know that in the eyes of what Gods offers, 
It’s about your relationship with God that matters, and nothing else should ever bother.

Parent and child….

Today we act like children,
Adults bodies and then act like children at heart,
This is how we begin and end through to Heavens depart. 

Today we look at the spirit inside, 
Communication is paramount, prayer on the forefront, so enjoy this spiritual ride.

Some of us have confronte addictions 
Some of us face the struggles no one can ‘ever’ understand,
Even if it’s to your relation or loved one, this hope of faith is yours to stay still and then take a stand. 

There’s times you like your own company,
I like my time with people that I love, 
I like to be in the present of God’s guide, 
This walk of faith can be short.. but I indeed prefer it wide. 

This is your life, walk a faith that takes you to that humble place, 
Your higher power is always with you, so pray and look what challenges which are in place.

Don’t jump in, simply discern 
This is a life after all, what God offers to you and finally understand what you are beautifully worth.

Grateful for this life!

We are grateful for today
As we have stay the omnipresent Father who shall never leave us at this time,
There is hope in your calling
Despite the times we often we are falling.

We are grateful for this moment, 
Time to drink a coffee or tea to set us up for the day, 
Guidance we also ask for as this effort is blessed and held,
We are through the higher power presence often told
And that’s the truth to unfold.

We all have a story to say
Some damaged and seen in-repairable, 
Yet we see your love which so shareable.

I am praying for a grateful week for family, fellows and friends alike,
Blessings come from the spirit we feel inside, 
This hope is perennial to the soul… and leans towards the tide.

In this together….

You can’t do this alone
And you can’t leave today, 
God has a plan for us all… as some people are unable to remain in the present nor able to stay.

You need to have fellowship 
You need encouragement, laughter and the word to be spread, 
The hope of addiction and struggles is here for you… none of us want our fellows brown bread. 

we need each other, and that isn’t cliche my dear friend
This is practice because life is here to enjoy
So don’t be fool, and along with the liver.. aim to seek and destroy.

This is fellowship as it’s might best,
The higher power that you understand of, has a presence, abundance more and not an ounce less. 

This is a prayer for you my dear friend
Yes, I write with hope and vigour 
You are not here at the end of an invisible trigger.

A win is a win for us to achieve together, 
Just like a ‘Rocky’ film, the belief comes from within
And through that you shall eventually received a blessed win.

This is your time
The time to learn to put this drink to bed, 
This level of impatience and gregariousness and all the nonsense that has already been said. 

The rooms come with a ‘hope’,
The rooms comes with calm, laughter and peace, 
Do you think we are worried about your past? The new world will delve into a coffee, juice or at least a cup of tea. 

This is a programme of humility, patience and a kindness we are able to endure, 
This is a new awakening of discovery and much, much more. 

You deserve a new lease of life
You deserve a life beyond imagination, 
The present ‘time’ is all that you have got
We encourage you to reach a new destination and remove the alcoholic nature, which caused do much rot.

We can still have banter
We can move forward every step of the way, 
I suggest you keep becoming back.. and that’s all I have to say.

Life is a universal and spiritual lesson,
And we all know that love wins in the end,
Souls collide and peace needs to be put on the forefront.
The pace of life is challenging, and we are on the brunt.

Love wins, and this poem, which is for Kelly and Olliie,
They are on a journey to hold each other close, 
protection from the spirit shall guide you at the point where you shall be able to coast.

There is hope and you two can be patient and listen to what each other has to say, 
You have been on ordeal, yet the Love of your Higher power shall allow you to stay. 

There is hope
There is a light
And the most important scenario from all this, 
Is that God is protecting you… a passage you shouldn’t avoid to miss.

Forget about your ego

Let words pass…
Easier said than done, 
You can dismiss other people’s words, but sometimes it’s like sandpaper on the skin, not at all fun. 

You ego is there 
It took me time to acknowledge I have gifts but they were given to me by a higher power; 
I have often been to the mire, when thinking when I climb up I’ll be receiving some almighty power. 

It’s about balance 
It’s about focusing what God wants for me, 
I know I have faced some treacherous struggles in places I was too foolish to wanting to see. 

I am hopeful the future, and I shall pray for you, as Let words pass

It is time..

it is time ‘to do’
Not talk about ‘this or that’, 
Perhaps workout a plan to walk the talk,
This is your time; so do not halt. 

Strength comes from within
Through a prayer and a heart to win.

You are in the present, this is your place to stay,
Angst and tremors shall be prayed to go away. 

Do not push or even pull away,
It’s not about you, it’s about everyone on this earth, 
The prayers will land, and people shall rise,
For us (not God), this shall be a welcoming surprise.

We are here because of our Faith

The power comes from God of your understanding into your heart
You can’t leave, we won’t want you to go, words of attachments which I shall release and start. 

I am not a control freak, or perhaps I am?
People have tried to control me, all I want is a hug and the blessings in my heart shall land.

I am loving, 
But I am broken too, 
In my past I was a pretend God, I am now a disciple instead
God is my Father, through the spirit which I have found and can be led. 

I miss my fellows 
But I know they are a phone call away, 
No longer saying the words ‘why’? 
I replace that word, and leave it to God, so that level of questioning needs to be said ‘goodbye’.

I can only do so much, 
I leave the prayers with God to protect the people who are struggling and cannot see, 
I pray that one day they will accept the hope that I have… and one day.. spiritually shall be free.

Anxiety

Fight or flight
These situations can tend to take place, 
It can be a hug or a moment of empathy shown,
This life sends a situation, and dangerous situation towards you can be thrown.

We are all different 
Some people struggle with this nature, which unexpectedly shows up,
You are not here to always submit,
You are here to deal with your own cause, especially when you are unable to delve into reserves in order to show your grit.

I am care because I have been to ‘that place’ too, 
Now, I am not teary or scared, 
I become distant because I leave this with God
Yes, I am scared but praying is an option that’s always there
A hug is something most of us need to do, and often declared.

I may not need a tribe to keep me safe, 
Just a loving person, as someone is out there today
My bloodline didn’t know what to do with me 🤣, so they have gone away. 

I am with God 
I am with a spirit that I grow with bit of by bit
I no longer wallow in my self pity, I need hope so I am part of ‘it’.
We all need to put in the work
And I dont mean exercise day by day,
I know that with love, hope and people shall arrive
It’s this receptive response when people don’t always stay … but you will be able to stay spiritually alive.

It’s about patience 
And the lack of it will hurt your head and heart,
The anxiety will be escalated, learn to be patient.. from the start.

Lifting a mood

some people like to complain
Some people like to drain,
Some people like to smile,
Some people, it’s their default and it shall last a while.

Some like to be in fellowship and encourage,
Getting stuff off their chest and with that nourish.

Some like to dour music with stress and pain, 
I rather listen to the 80s vibe or before, that’s where I regain.

Some like to write and discover,
Learning their art which elevates the soul like no other,

Some like to say ‘the problem is..’. And that is where that conversation heads,
I rather leave these people alone and lift my mood with joyous thoughts instead.

there is always today to start again,
The past is the last, you can’t reverse it my friend.

There is hope for you
And there is hope for me, 
The hope starts with the present… just wait and see. 

Love with all your heart
But always start with a prayer,
Humility, love, strength and hope is an spiritual awake,
This is your time to embrace and that doesn’t mean needing to take. 

So get your  moans out of the way,
Hear the truth about thee; and you may like what you hear what others have to say. 

So embrace and love 
Fight until your last breath,
You are on this earth for a reason and ain’t worth anything less.

Not perfect

We can’t be perfect 
But we shall try today, 
Humbleness and love, those attributes I prefer to guide me on my way.

We can’t be perfect,
That tag belongs to spirit, Jesus and God, 
We will try our best to stay in the present
No point looking at any resentments.

Forgiveness and move forward, it’s easier said than done,
It’s ultimately our faith in God is where the battle is finally won. 

I don’t claim to be perfect
My Yiayia (Nan) called me an Angel when she was around,
But then again I pray to ‘our’ God with our feet firmly on the ground.

Humility

Humility calms you down
Humility tells you, it doesn’t matter what the other person says, 
Even if they laugh at your expense, 
Your pride can be rid of, and you won’t need to feel any less intense. 

Humility states ‘it’s not about you.’
Humility brings you to a place which you can find more resolute things about thee, 
It’s your time with God or the higher power of your understanding help is able to see.

Humility isn’t about ego
Ego stands for ‘edging God out’,
This is your life after all, but with it a spiritual walk is what it’s all about. 

Humility is a wonderful moment 
Humility brings you to a place that you do eventually reach, 
Humility can be led by the depths of despair
Knowing God has always been there.

Peace can be promised

You can promise peace
If distance is part of the formula or equation, 
I am not saying be totally removed from people, situations and things, 
It’s just that the chaos of your inner child is not stable, nor does it bring.

You can receive peace in a world when the silence is there through the dark, 
Embrace the silence, and embrace the noise when it does arrive
It depends on your mental health, we all know that doesn’t survive. 

The chaos was once my friend 
But now as i get older, 
I don’t need to hear much noise as we need more balance from our head that’s on our shoulder. 

You will receive peace, 
You can be in silence all of the night when drink and drugs are no longer part of the plan
Stand humbly and move into the light 
Where there is peace, it’s been overcome through the fight.
