Relax, 
Let it go!
Easier said than done!
So you want to beat yourself up… and call that ‘fun?’

It’s time to be nice to you now
We have beaten ourselves long enough,
Why continue? 
this is the passage we shall gain strength tox sinew. 

Relax and be the best version you can show,
This isn’t about ego, 
This is about knowing your self worth
I am a child of the highest, none of us can be the worse. 

It’s time to love you again
And if you do now, then that is absolutely great
Humbleness combined with kindness never comes too late.
