Life is about adapting 
How do you grow?
This life isn’t for you to be cute for so long.. you do eventually need to grow.

Life is yours to own,
Speak something ‘new’, something no one has done before,
But this is God’s creation after all, you do have the hope…right to the centre of your core.

Life is yours to use for so long,
I wasn’t always like this but learnt bit by bit to become strong.

And it didn’t stop there, 
learn to keep moving, that’s your chance, 
This isn’t about procrastinating, that you can always lance.

So try 
Keep trying
Motivation is your aim,
You are only as good as your last workout, so look towards and attain.
