It’s also the hope of negative aridity and learning the want of living.

Love and forgive 

There is a conversation there which provides a spiritual gift.

Say for example, ‘write a poem a day’

Write a positive note,

You shall embrace the kindness you possess inside

Anger has never been anyone’s drive.

The side of you can always show love

The love not everyone sees,

Just like those times you took in that air through a autumn breeze.

One hell of a year

Well, where can I start?

I was bullied at work and didn’t know what to do 

Lost my Dad and I then felt I didn’t have a clue.

I had stress heads around me to inflict further pain

And then called a narcissist as that I prefer to refrain.

I lost my self worth but I’ll regain it again

I am talking to God as I know I am not going around the bend.

I need to prayer with the hope things turn around 

Or that hope in God keeps my feet on the ground.

I need hope to keep me alive

If other things change 

I know a prayer can help me to strive.

Try to do something each day,

The strength you find

The strength you find

As you are definitely not blind,

Don’t get me wrong?

Life has taken an almighty hit

But you do have prayer and that little bit of grit.

You will find you

As I am learning to find myself again,

Health has overwhelmed me 

And further struggles has decided to be.

I am struggling but I shall get there in the end

I need health restored, that fight within 

The glory to God from which I choose to bring.

Staying humble

When you are humble

You look towards God,

It’s that time when brokenness is looking to restore

And that you want to comeback that little bit stronger, for more.

You stay still and realised what you have

You can’t take it with you, nor you could

It’s ultimately belongs to the Father where it ends up good.

Stay humble

Stay still and live your dream

But remember make it happen and do what it seems.

If you question why it hasn’t happened 

Then it wasn’t meant to be,

Procrastinating stops the path of anyone’s life

And you do not need any further rife.

Stay still, and pray

Those you do not need, leave them behind as your sanity needs to remain intact

It’s not healthy to keep these gremlins with you, where odds are heavy stacked.

Regaining strength

Take your time,

I need to say a prayer,

There’s no conversation like it, he is the ultimate that does truly care.

Yes.. he will bring others to protect myself, the Angels of hope,

And there are moments you are not dangling off a frayed rope.

Excessive drinking is a delusion and leaves all things we aren’t able to sustain.

The place so unrealistic to reach as it appears too far.

And then we look to people to hold your hand 

Some you would think they would do it on your behalf but they have limitations for which they stand.

God is there 

Fighting your every breath,

You may not feel it at the time but he is defending your wreath.

Leave those behind who you thought they would be there for you,

Angels appear to fight your corner, they are the guide for which you need to pursue.

You will draw strength 

You will draw from that guile

It may feel it will take quite a while.

So goodbye as a new dawn arises 

There is no need to feel vulnerable as God can bring surprises,

Stay with him with prayer, your request awaits 

There is God who awaits you in whatever presence you state.

There are prayers from where the Father knows the ultimate best.

Learn that little bit more,

Prayers never leave you, they humble to your very core.

You shall enter into the Father’s perennial zone.

There was more humility in what you now take a chance to look.

Time to look at the gadgets of the past

The remembrance is where is captured to the last.

We took our time

ans we were more methodical to get result

Kindness is there too,

There is time to pray and there’s a time not to OVER think.

To leave the past where it is

Is the essence that we do no miss,

So today arrives and we have survived

Diabetes need

One day or one hour at a time

Monitoring this ruddy thing has a caused effect,

The auto immunity of this condition is something no one could ever look to suspect.

Tired to monitor 

Tired of the stigma I am constantly faced,

Tired of the lows when stress arise

And the sudden vulnerability which comes as a surprise.

The diabetes affect is something I deplore

The diabetes stresses are unfortunately forevermore.

The time to move forward is to accept it will be alright

And that the love of God gives an insight,

As long I try to move forward and say to others “it will be alright”

The condition may one day go away, that’s where there is a learned sight.

Tonight I sleep and wake up to a new dawn

The eyes will soon become fresh

The body will become awakening and tight,

As prayers towards you shall enter into the headed light.

A cater is loving 

And a carer needs support too,

The love for these almighty souls shall set you free

Balanced heart through prayers for these great people shall never become a breeze.

Those who don’t get you 

Leave them to it,

Mental health breakdown struggles do occur, as they can’t help you to stop getting bit.

So you close the door

Danger has now arrived,

God you are holding me right now as I am struggling to remain alive.

Rejection is to be avoided

Meet those who will help you in your new wake,

Stay blessed through God’s angle, you have already been hit through a venomous break.

Goodbye those who you thought had your back

They can now leave me alone,

As long I see the father in heaven, the ultimate champion who is now on the throne.

Here is my head to aim in the right direction

God is blessing you, that’s my feeling of detection.

I am here, finding my way

Smashed, beaten up and with plenty to say.

People letting me down 

I am disappointed, that’s where I digress

I need you Lord, I shall continue to think nothing less.

Please touch my hand 

I need you to do so,

I am struggling God with this amount of rejection

People will try to dampen your mood 

So  hold onto God first, to prevent anyone else being rude.

I wake up and I see you Lord

You are my strength and possess my fortitude to defend,

Looking to a ‘no response’ factor, turning the other cheek we look to depend.

‘No response’ required as the angels shall defend any strife.

Finding hope

How do you find hope? Simply Pray

God loves you so much, you can barely leave, so stay.

Hope is the key to the lock

The lock you’ve  endlessly searched to find,

Close my eyes profusely, the alley way to the end has never faced a rind.

Looking for that ending 

The passage the Lord hits,

Before you are struggling and could end up in bits.

Hope is there 

We pray for each other,

The fog in the mind will leave 

Through prayer you just need to receive.

The mind

It’s a hard thug to fathom

When all chaos is left in the mind,

Leave it to God and you shall seek and then find. 

But it’s hard

The mental barrier is hard to overturn.

Please God hold me

In my heart I am almost free.

Let go of vexatious beings 

They have no place in our lives,

They damage me with your words 

As I need the Father that much, I rather not be disturbed.

As I cry for help….

I hope all becomes stable and okay,

Lord I need you so much now,  lets pray the storm shall soon be removed away.
