You can call yourself cold

You can call yourself nice

You can change from day to Day

Know what? It will all be ok.

A moment of laughter

A moment to bring joy

A moment to smile with glee

A moment to open your eyes wide shut and simply be.

A time to reflect

A time to not be hard on yourself 

A time to love one another with banter and grace

A time to move forward and let the past stay in its place.

To simply be yourself 

and learn what the future holds 

You may like people one minute and not the next 

Stay in faith child, no need to become perplex

To say I am sorry

To say sorry is the smallest word from the biggest of hearts

I suppose my delicacy comes from the absence,

which these words evolve and begin to start.

When care and love enters the fray

Your thoughts of emotion contains a gleam to do right,

Humble start and humble brace

We all deserve to be in a better place.

I can only say sorry 

As I like to see you soon.

Pick a time and place 

As my mind is looking to be in tune.

A smile from our faces

And a loving hug to find

Love and prosperity 

From what these words find.

Fast slow fast

Time to move 

A time to chill

A time to think 

There’s no time to sink.

We can try harder with time 

And lose the essence it serves

Rushing here and there,

Aiming to harmonise a moment we hold

Balancing time, no need to scold.

Each second has its worth

Each moment has its prize

Appreciating the humility we cherish

Chaotic themes can sometimes perish.

Respecting time and respecting its term

Learning to move forward 

As well as learning to turn.

Time is a heart beat from the truth

Learning the dynamics by showing the way

Stay calm and become steady 

Time is a concept and sometimes is... ready.

Understand this or not 

A place of calm is a place for peace

we all deserve this at the very least?

A place to console 

A place to have fun

A place to rejoice feeling 

A place to learn through healing.

Or try to understand what they say

I am your friend 

And try not to go away. 

Love your life 

And love the time you hold,

Avoid the threat you do not need

This is your life and your life alone 

Flourish the moments and capture the tone.

Our health

We sometimes take it for granted 

We sometimes put it through pain

We need it to heal and repair

We need to know the our health is there.

Health faces challenges 

And health finds a home to brace

Health captures your essence to manage life,

Health is put through challenges which feels like a heist. 

Encourage repair and try to stay fit and strong 

Electrolyte, blood and tissue to repair,

Moods of concern that struggle to surffice 

Learn to relish your health, and entice.

Love your health 

And love your soul,

Health is the key to all things surround

Learn to be nice to your needs and that your demands are not scattered seeds.

Poetic sensitivity

The sheer subject is either understood or not, 

Poetry is the sheer essence to communicate a message to your fellow human when things aren’t going to plan 

We look to these words and humbly stand.

Expression from what you are feeling at that moment in time

You try to stay with the flow what these words rely

A point prover or opinion to aim to be at peace

Isn’t that we all deserve? At the very least.

Poetic words do not need to rhyme 

They are a freedom of sheer worldly grace 

No judgement just a stand in what you truly believe 

Open wide shut as the message isn’t to cause you to seeth.

Love only love wins 

Hate never muscles out the heartily shape 

For the latter is the reason we look to live

You and me

You and me 

People whose paths have crossed,

Assessing and testing in our attempt to avoid a loss.

We can just pray

And do your best from the heart of God

bracing a new chapter 

affirming a place in life. installed like a steal rod.

I am distant 

And dislike when I am cold,

Yet these words are saying I am thinking of you 

Even if I am deserving to be scold.

I shall leave this to the higher power  

And touch what you feel is right 

Balance what is key 

As in the lords name humbleness shall overcome we can see.
