I have a dream

I have a team

Martin Luther King believed in whole heartily and to embrace,

Loving one another, needs to be set in place.

To live your dream 

To worship the king of kings, 

To tell right from wrong 

Emotions have a place, where they belong.

To feel loved

To feel ignored 

To ignore others hearts 

To say the rash words 

Bring out your kindness 

Ignore any undue blindness 

Drink alcohol, or a warm cup of tea

Love thyself, especially when glory sets you free.

Make sure you learn 

Make sure you accept the little given, and which arrives 

Life has passion and aspect to derive. 

Today

As today draws to a bright close

Isn’t it such a beautiful day? 

The skies blue, the spring in the step that foot longer

We can reflect and feel that little stronger.

This day cannot be ignored

You can only pray as the sun beams bright,

No negativity, no eyes wide shut 

This day is so beautiful, there’s not even a but!!

Positive, humble, loved and reflect 

Especially when the day is like this these words you must revisit,

Recall this day of sun

Which makes you feel great 

Isn’t that a realistic fate. 

Do not complicate anything 

Just write a list and leave the gossip behind, 

Do something beautiful for you 

You are worthy to cherish this time with a sun sparkling toast 

That’s what the higher power wants for you most. 

Apply logic

Apply logic, humbleness and beauty 

From the words I write

Is based from the higher power

Not a delude  words released like aa Confucius flower. 

Based on love to confront hate with a wip 

Perception of harmony moved to the core 

The buoyancy of balance is always hard to achieve 

Letting go is a power, and makes you believe.

Moving forward is an art on its own

Keep believing in yourself and work with this journey you possess 

You are beautiful in body, heart and spirit 

Your goals are never ending therefore, you are in it.

Every movement has a reaction

Every piece of politics has a consequence 

Every bit of anger is hit back with love

Learn the person within before judgement is released 

You deserve that at the very least. 

I suppose

I suppose we tend to get the devil on the shoulder 

Who whispers “what’s going on with you then?”

It’s your job to hit back

By saying: “I am here to have a craic..”

We look around and see hierarchy have a plan

Why don’t you have a piece of the cake 

We all have abilities, for goodness sake 😂

Bring on the gifts 

And show what they do best

Embrace a new page in your tapestry book of life

Hence the motive to succeed.. rather than strife.

It’s like playing sport 

You contest and try to be the best you can be, 

You look to the skies and simply think

Remember, there is always the beginning from where we start

As the chapter and verse is where I now depart... 

Here and now

Live for the moment 

No looking back 

Look to the future

No deep words or harming deeds  

Just reflect a little and read.

Great time loom

No negativity arrives

Whatever is happening 

You will always find a way to survive.

This day is yours 

This day is bright 

This day will pose challenges 

This day will love you 

This day is no longer blue.

Smile and laugh

Hit the roof with your grace

Hold the tune and sing to the masses 

This life is yours to enjoy 

This is no dress rehearsal, or ploy x x

Healths Birthday

70 years of blood, sweat and tears

Facing millions of challenges 

through the public purse tiers.

A system involving thousands of characters

A skill mix of many staff who are patient focused,

Pathway towards a caring goal

It’s not about a person, it’s about a team

The NHS desire is to remain consistent through the efforts, and esteem.

Never give up hope despite the demands we constantly face

Cost saving here, and cost saving there 

The essence of health is to show that we all care.

We try to apply logic 

We try to apply basic sense

The sign of the times are now fast

Challenges await as we aim to make the health service last.

Keep on trying 

Keep on staying focus on the goal.

We moan and groan about the work we hold

We need to feel human 

That’s what the patients heart must feel, a deal.

What we do….

To commission health is no easy task

We are experts in our field as longevity can involve the past.

Patients and providers have a national demand

We are looking to balance the purse to do right thing

Health is an option which focuses on the sting.

The last verse echoes the craziness we need to endure

We look to move forward in this never ending quest,

Balancing the books with a health need arrives with a story

The aim to help a patient, isn’t always about glory.

Focus on the future

Health services come in all shapes and forms,

The idea to look after the health purse string

Isn’t entire the system that is a sting.

We make this happen with due diligence and passion

Knowing money is not always there,

Does not mean we as commissioners do not care?

So focus the harmony embraced

The health population needs to be managed with humility and essence

Understand the need and balance the treatment like frienaisance.
