Learning from mistakes.

​Do we really learn from the same mistake?
I am sure we do, but sometimes the error reoccurs again
Scams are often a dangerous motive.. my dear friend. 

Don’t be disappointed, call a solicitor or Finance ombudsman to get the record straight
This is often a phone call; so move forward and refuse the argument with yourself, and a debate. 

We are all trying
We go with the clear intentions to get this done right, 
But then you are scammed; so you are perplexed as the dark clouds loom as it doesn’t feel so bright. 

So as I learn from this lesson, which I repeated again, 
I repent for the mistake, from the point I can’t depend. 

So stay positive, what’s done has been done
This isn’t the moment to feel you have had some fun. 

You time is to be with God and no one else
It’s spiritual growth you require, instead of financial wealth.

Night time hypo

​Good morning everyone 
I am at the gym, 
I didn’t resent coming, I just came for a small win.

You see, I had a hypo attack last night
And for anyone with diabetes they know this can cause a fright;
So despite the scoffing of plenty of sweets, 
I can say for certain, this wasn’t a moment where I laid back, kicked off my shoes and have a treat. 

I digress, life has to continue
And yes, I shall say the ‘diabetes’ word time and time again,
This is more of a challenge; and in my own way this needs to be my friend!

So I continue to fight this life we all have to endure, 
So remember, when things aren’t going your way, 
Diabetes is for life so I thank God I survived another day.

Is this world fair?

​Is life meant to be fair?
Is there a trick missing, or is there some of us hasn’t declared.

Do I blame God?
Or do I blame me?
I suggest leaving God out of this, the spirit allows you ‘free will’, can’t you see?

You are who you are.
Play it safe? Or take a risk?
The balance is so hard to find, something I often miss.

I can’t blame myself, or can I?
We all have to try for this world which God provided,
If these words hit true, this isn’t aimed to offend, just to make you open minded.

When my Dad passed…

​When my Dad passed away, I thought ‘that was it!’
People would say ‘you need to keep going’ and others did provide support, ‘
I knew this was a massive change, as I couldn’t be around others.. well that is what I thought!

I even tried to take my own life, putting in 180 units of insulin into my body, 
Yet the impact was minor, as God, said: “you ain’t going anywhere son.. you silly wally!”.

I felt f@cked, pretty useless in fact, 
I wanted to be with my Father, my best mate, the one I loved more than even myself, 
My connection with others was fragmented as they only exacerbated my stealth.

You see, if my Dad saw me now he would be happy to see that I am now fighting, 
He admired my determination, as I was seeking balance and didn’t aim for anything exciting. 

=My Father was my everything, my best friend ever,
And to be perfectly honest with you… he might have said: “what’s his name” a lot..but indeed he was very clever.

Love, fights, wins and losses.

​You will win
And you shall lose, 
You will learn from a defeat, and follow the path which that destiny allows to choose.

You will enter a spiritual wake 
You will find a place to seek God and the light, 
Looking to overcome the problems you may of caused, especially from an unforgettable fight.

The desire to keep going and find your spiritual time
Once hope gets inside you, optimism you shall find. 

Be at peace with God
And be at peace with yourself, 
Haven’t we all got weaknesses, through times that we need to confess.

You learn more from losses, which eventually leads to a win
If you look in the mirror and feel sorry for yourself, then that’s leading you to sin.

Looking to your spiritual conscious

​People can be academic 
They can blind you with language, that you will eventually be able to workout
Yet it’s your inner conscious when God’s love comes about. 

Tell me of a theologian of who argues for what they believe?
Doesn’t it come from your inner soul, which at times you are unable to articulate… so don’t be deceived.

People with strong language skills, they are no better than you an I
It’s about your perception, love and forgiveness, despite this haughty world we stare in the face
It’s about your personal space with God, which is evident and which you allow yourself to embrace.

People may show their standards in words, which others may not come across,
Yet it was the love of Jesus Christ, whose blood saved us… when he was died on the cross.

Being part of God’s love

​Think about it?
The biggest question we face in life; what is this? And what is that?
And so you think God has your back?

Some will say ‘no’
And others shall say ‘yes’.
God is the only one who can remove this, where the options of ‘free will’ to choose God
When the reality is the spirit is there, and often chooses you to prod.

Think about it?
We are all different, with skills, attributes, hopes and dreams
Life is about focusing on your higher power; 
so faith in God shall always lead to a devour.

Love is there
It’s not far away, 
Life may go swimmingly at times
So be wary what’s around the corner, when moments do change
Love is about God, love and hope… from the gratification we are blessed on this challenging stage.
