The entertainers we grew up with but now are leaving this fractured earth,
Do not feel sad through the eternal hope through Christ’s berth.
Perry, Hackman and many more we could say
They remain in our hearts and the memories shan’t never go away.
The joy they brought us
The seriousness they also too portrayed,
Yes, it is sad they are no longer with us, but we are all on borrowed time so none of us can stay.
There’s McCallum, Michael and other gifted souls who delivered their presence with tenacity and style
As their previous fortitude rekindles great thoughts which we hold onto for a while.
So goodbye to one.. and another
Rest in peace and thanks for the great thoughts that you showed,
You are forever in my thoughts, as the moments are always ready to visit and unfold.
