Materialistic or Spritualistic

A question put to my fellow woman and man

Material or spiritual?

What is the better option for us all!

Work with the spirit or wait for the material to fall.

We have evolved from the very start and now wear nice things 

Yet has the concept of materialism makes us lose from what we buy, and then bring.

Don't get me wrong I have electricals and clothes to say that they are my own.

Yet when they dissolve they are no longer the excited thought we first touched

Spiritual feelings, when entered shall mean so, so much. 

Strong words to challenge when brought to the fora

Yet with a touch of spiritual growth 

And a new path to pursue 

You are closer to working out more challenging clues.

"I need this or I need that"

I may need this phone to rely the message that I am about to send.

Material or spiritual... I know the one I would rather depend.

Same paths different outcome

You been where I've been 

Yet the results may have not always been the same.

You followed the logical route, yet I went wider than the normal domain.

Did I do wrong?

Or did I do right?

Or did I do what I felt at that time?

Others advised their logical right

Yet you are the person, fighting the fight.

Other shall judge or even condone 

I have made ample mistakes. Suffered, yes I can duly say.

Look at the bigger picture which will show you are standin...Especially at the end of the day.

To say I am a fool

Then that's entirely your choice..,

Are you helping? Not always, as you are expressing a voice.

Encourage people when they are at their lowest ebb

Hold them tightly and try not to make the situation worse.

Love and encourage, humility from this verse.

Changing moving.. holding on

The speed we go at

The patience we sometimes lack

Yes there are times to be responsive 

Yet the balance still lacks.

Rushing like the wind

And have strength to lift the weightiest of weights

Yet rest and peace have there place 

Yet all or nothing can cause harm...and avoid embrace. 

Why so fast?

Why so hasten with the demands of life?

Yes, life has changed at a rapid knot

Why not be proactive to attain balance in what you now have got.

Be at peace with your body

I may contradict with the next act I deliver 

All or nothing with the wind of the speed

Balance in mercy, you avoid in your attempt to avoid to bleed.

If you see me play sport I am a surgeon ready to clinically (and slowly) dismantle that game.

Merciful and destructive yet humble from the energy I contain 

I am not fast nor even slow. 

You can't bully me to that corner. as I am strong.'

Balance your speed as we aim to avoid to do any wrong. 

I'll say yes or no from question quickly delivered 

Why rush your spirit as others have there rush

Be at peace. Learn to retain strength each passing day 

The world will contribute to challenges whatever spiritual path you take. 

The elements from the balancing  equation is that you avoid to break..,

Looking for that healthy place

You need peace to attain health

You need stress to bring out your best

You need balance to possess a quality of life

You need love to swat away the strife.

May your heart pump with love

And may balance of power deliver a light

Love, stress and external balance holds the key

I suppose we all look to a place we yearn to be. 

Pace

No one is doing anything to calm it down!!

Rush, rush, rush only the strong shall not drown

The speed of the talk is unnecessary at times

Chill, be at peace allowing the pace you crave to be define.

We are running as the world has exude speed

Need to remain calm and not get bullied with those who are at haste.

This world needs to strive to a better place.

Some of you may get me

And some may not,

Balance is what needs to be obtained 

Don't allow the quickness to cause a stain.

The blood is pumping with the stress of the human needs

Push, push, push... now avoid your heart to bleed.

The world is a beautiful place 

Yet the pace can put us under enormous strain,

Take a deep breathe and capture the goal

Inject  balance to the mind 

Capturing a prioritised importance which helps you to find.

The goal is for others to be nice and stop a sweeping attack, 

Love and only love is something we need to avoid any form of lack.

What purpose does impatience bring, 

As only urgent health concerns need to be addressed.

Let's learn to be patient together... for better times and... for a better test.

Meal with love

A delight to share a meal

With someone so special in my life

A craft of delicious delight

Enjoyed moments like flying a flowing kite.

The taste of salmon, bread and  sauces of various tastes

Enjoying each other's company,

Which is long overdue

Yet absence grows fondness 

As this time we started to ensue.

Holding this day

For one special soul to invite

Tasting a beautifully rich meal which reaches a flow

Must be done again

As this wasn't company to show.

Birthday Embrace

We work through paths

And do not know what's is captured from the other end,

Your birthday journey has arrived

As humbleness coming with a prize.

Enjoy this day

You deserve all the goodness the occasion brings

Sing from the bellows

You gave me hope

As I am now believing in my dreams

I see the world differently 

As not all appears what it seems.

Our heart pound a beat 

and our minds view 'the word' of words,

This may sound silly, 

Yet not everything now is absurd.

Our hearts release joy

And the attack from a source can pierce pain

Fight with all your might 

Even go to the depths what appears to become insane.

Cause no harm

And none shall be returned 

Protected with humility can deny a fight

My muscles have a sheild too

Therefore, our quest is blessed with an array of light.

Away Negativity. Reap Light

Negative people have their place

Pessimists can leave a bitter taste.

Yet when humour and laughter hits the shores

The time to flourish is easier to explore.

Make fun of me

I am cool with that,

As long it's not vexatious 

Then I will have time

Moments of humour are therapeutically fine.

If a minus is in a statement then it's time to move away,

Why stay longer? Or You may need to influence the thought 

In that attempt to avoid becoming fraught.

Stay at peace 

And try to push the negative words away

No point lulling with those words 

As we are all longing to be okay.

Negative people have their place

I am cool with that

Healthy Body... healthy what else

Good heart 

Great soul

My health is enduring 

As I never felt slow.

The blood pumps fuel

And despite the hurt this may cause,

Embrace your spirit as there's no need to pause.

Love shall brace 

The mood shall flow

The passion to move forward has its place

All elements of the equation have a case.

When I move to limits I feel that are beyond

I touch in zones I never felt were there

I might huff and puff no end

Yet the result we no longer need to depend.

We try hard to keep a healthy heart and mind,

Nothing is free apart from the mental state we look to entwine.

As long as health moves to a good place, we acknowledge this is fine.

Darkness into Light

Look at the chapters we faced

Haven't we all done right to wrong?

"No, I am perfect!" I hear 

"Of course! I totally agree"

"A shame I don't believe you, can't you see?"

We make mistakes and, that's how we learn 

From the darkest place we learn to avoid

Yet life takes over,

Now show strength,  preventing to be toyed!

People are out from themselves 

And there is a certain truth in that 

Yet caring appears to be rare

As people see people fall over.. and stare.

I only have time for those who increase the morale. 

I was once in a place I felt I could get away

Now I am safe (for now) as calmer has yet yearn to stray.

I once hit the arm with a 140 units of insulin

As I felt it was my time to go.

Someone was looking over me 

Enchanting a new chapter which I was about to flow. 

When times are bleak

And you can't find a way out,

From the heavens above, please scream and shout.

Use these energies to stay in the game

As with guile and time this will encourage you to turn the tables, and tame.

Encourage

We live for today

And at times we make mistakes in our aim to do right.

We look to the future and plan an achieving goals.

Life is to be embraced in avoiding negative souls.

"You have done wrong there..."

Words directed for my attention 

Should I be scolded for a minor blip?

In their quest to make me feel I have dipped!

I am not in that place in my life where I have tried to capture the biggest goal.

Does that mean I have done right for what others see... 

maybe the achievement is not where I want to be.

Be you and do what is right for you.

Others can leave me alone if they do not encourage the path I am about to take,

My focus is to be contentedly happy 

Providing others, who do not foresake.

Love breeds love and hate has no place to go,

Look to the future and turn wrong into right

Use your energies with balance, attainment and purity, which comes with security.

Love will heal

Hate causes a hurtful deal.

Common sense delivers a humble message 

Encouraging a fellow soul is the only way 

More like a gentle nudge to say: "it's going to be ok"

Be at peace with your heart

Despite challenges faced

Learn to move forward

And try to embrace.

Be weary of aggressive souls 

And be gentle with your dreams

Learn to capture new beginnings 

And hold what you feel that is surene.

Challenges shall be posed 

And aggression shall enter the realm

Brace the differences we see in one another 

Fortitude that we see like no other.

I close my eyes and occasionally think I should have done it this way

Yet with my passion for words 

I dive into a solitude of thought...

This world my friend, puts us into a paradise of soughts.

Dear lord 

I am rude to those I love

Yet is that perception from I?

I feel dreadful afterwards 

Yet my sensitivity does not wry.

I love you guys 

And can't help the person I turned out to be

Some shall disagree what I said..

Fair enough, yet feelings inside sometimes can't go to bed.

May your night turn into the brightest day

And sadness turn into the happiness night

Love you my nemesis, despite words exchanged

We live to build a path to make wrong into right.

Conflicting views shall delve into sight.

Hold my hand 

This is comfort for I more than thee

I want to hold harmony with the care I choose to cherish
