Thinking with The S.U.N.

Times before I wondered where to turn?

How did I get myself into this position, is there anything I could can learn?

My mental health was at a block

I used to be strong… you know? Just like a rock!

The S.U.N. encourages engagement, a possible way through

I take many positives from this system, which I am blessed to imbue.

I turned to the left, right, up and then down

Before the S.U.N. movement came into fruition 

I never opened up as I thought not everyone would understand my position, 

as my mental health contrasted like a juxtaposition.

I thank the team to for giving me hope

I thank the team for asking me questions, 

which helped me through getting away from mental health detention.

I feel thankful and now feel blessed 

As cliche that may sound;

This team of Angels have kept my feet well on the ground.
