I know when my sugars go lower
I know when I feel gods love
Especially when I do go slower.
I know how to accept others for who they are,
Sensitive? Yes sure
I am loved by a holy power
You’ll never feel sad or scower.
We all face trials
Uncertain ways
Gods has love for us all
Will continue to stay, never fall.
When my diabetes struggles
I struggle how others will respond,
Yet through faith and hope within
Battles shall be conquered, through faith and not sin.
