Looking towards many challenges,

Achievements awaiting as negativity banishes.

Never let up

fighting through exercising paths,

You can always relish new challenges faced,

Others may fill your mind with doubt 

You are the person facing consequences 

You come into this world with nowt.

If knocked down 

Look up and smile at the person who loves you most 

This is a powerful movement, why not look towards it a premeditated celebratory toast. 

Keep moving forward 

Try to make this coming year work for you,

Try and try again, knock backs will come from all angles 

We have all been there, some lesser (or more) than you

Like I said before, this is your life, face the fear and thrive 

This means more than just staying alive x x

Broken... awoken

Terrible things can happen

Yet bad things happen to people who do good...

Too deep to understand??

No... this doesn’t delve into any contraband.

There’s an old saying 

“What doesn’t break you can only  make you stronger”

Never a truer word  said to restore faith

The lure of humanity should never become treated with haste.

The love of life is where we all deserve to belong

Yet humans complicate any simple passage set for the best,

Then the over complication is where there is a test,

Mind over matter 

Simple logical approaches need to derive, 

Pray for one another, that’s more than just staying alive. 

Could you imagine

Peace on Earth

It’s as simple as that

Yet difficult for others  

As the spirit is where it’s at.

Birth of a king 

And sacrifice to the world

Victory and joy he claimed 

The saviour risen 

The glory given is for him to sustain.

Love is in the heart

Joy to all is where it’s received 

Deliverance of Christ 

Our saviour that’s what I believe.

No matter how short to reach 

There is a father who sacrificed his son to bring hope,

Times of self righteousness and lost

Imagine how he felt on the cross.

We were all children once 

No need to deploy. 

Times of reflection 

Times to move forward and see a way through,

Hope to the future we shall see

Humility within our hearts, inevitably..

The time goes forward

Yet we do look into the past,

Humility of kindness is the place to find 

Isn’t that what we look to aspire you..?? Yes that word... to find.

Noise and pace 

Quiet and possibly dim,

Keep going, stamp your claim to shine 

God bless each and everyone of you, yes from the divine.

Where to turn

Drastic moment takes place 

And you do not know where to turn,

People blaming you and you blame them,

You feel like a stitch loosen from the hem.

Aggression released 

God on my side, 

He bring down his angels...

Now I know I shall survive. 

Punches thrown...

Aggression is the other persons best friend, 

You remain stoic and do not hit back 

Bigger man..? there is nothing that you do which lacks.

The delight of hope

A baby born on this day

Hope to the world

That’s the delight it brings

Emmanuel, meaning “god with us”

A love to the occasion, is worthy of any trust.

We have all failed 

And we have all brought others joy,

This special moment we rejoice 

Is the birth of this special young boy... the release from the greatest voice. 

We all try our best 

We must all let go of hurt caused from the past,

Easier said than done....

But how do we move forward? there is the son of god, who is saviour, the three in one.

This day shall bring gifts 

This day shall bring ultimate hope,

This day is for all of us to celebrate and see joy released, 

We are all children of god, happiness is readily waiting to be released..

A saviour born

The day of celebration,

A day to rejoice 

The essence of Christmas 

Is to sing and rejoice the birth of the new born king

Times to reflect and times to be joyous and sing.

Hope on earth 

And to all mankind,

The timing he has been brought to us 

This needs to be cherished... and deliverance, and a most certain must.

“God with us”... the word meaning "Emmanuel"

A saviour born on this most uplifting of day’s 

Peace on Earth, our ambitions and forthcoming shall stay.

The ultimate hope of joy when he ascended on earth, 

Power and glory to the almighty 

For he makes us all feel loved, uplifted and brightly.

Christmas memories

There were times where presents truly held your heart 

And times our love never part.

There was Simple Simon 

Trivia pursuit and ’guess who’,

invigorating presents shown in a timely fashion 

And times to appreciate food by consuming each and every ration. 

There was also good TV 

With The likes of Morecambe and Wise,

and there is pantomime which always raised a laugh

Christmas memory which continuously lasts.

And if memories like these were never received

There is hope by praying for better times ahead

Argue... then move on

There are times of difference 

People lack of connection 

They don’t get who you are 

And neither you get them, separate journeys afar.

You don’t aim to become hurtful,

Yet hurtful words can be said,

I rather try to move forward 

Or have that rested time in bed.

None of us are perfect 

But all of us are worth of gods love,

We say our peace and have to move forward 

Yet there are times we need to reward.

Remember you are good

And capacity to be kind,

Others may say things to dampen your soul,

Capture the humility you are capable to embrace 

Arguments need to be balanced and have their place.

Time to reflect

Never aim for perfection

Leave that with the higher power,

Pray to him with heart of hope 

You shall never want to elope.

Good or bad decisions

That’s part of growing in anyone’s life,

Some appreciate the love god brings

Humility is the goodness where there are things.

Learning is part of life

We know these words despite mistakes made,

Do not never beat yourself up 

The foundation is what god has laid.

The year draws to a close 

Another page shall turn again,

Humbleness and forthcoming 

Shall open your eyes, and transcend.

Hope and love 

Rest which comes with peace,

Humility in abundance 

We deserve calmer, in the very least.

Deflect using love, nastiness shall fray.

Yes, none of us are perfect

Arguments are merely a clash of unnecessary words,

Belief in faith is the essence to feel free

Hope of understanding is focused in thee.

Politics is debate to hold account,

Faith is strength in belief to all mankind,

Nasty words may have been said,

We are all broken spirits, yet always ready to transcend.

Festive love

Christmas arrives

Hope springs, and winter falls back,

Prosperity to Christmas,

A time to be open and reflect 

Rest and be merry, that’s the spiritual effect.

The waters travel

The stream will flow through 

Times where power is looking to gain,

I believe in the spirit of love, a word that never needs to contain.

Prayers from the spirit

Hold the faith inside of you,

Regardless what place you reach

There’s a father holding all together, like glue.

Times of challenge 

Times to notice the love of mankind,

Glory to the kingdom of god,

Reflection is the base to feel free

Here is my hand, the heart inside of me.

Yesterday (and today)

We use to have pen pals and took time writing our letters,

We now have texts and abbreviations to try to understand,

Learning to fathom out the meaning, not knowing what it stands,

We use to talk and did not have too many meetings for the sake,

Now it’s all politics to capture human gain 

This is a time where thoughts can become a stain,

People speak with a political correctness, 

saying “that’s not nice” or “that’s not a nice thing to say"

Please chill out as long as no one is harmed on the way.

Yes people can be cruel 

That’s where a prayer comes into play,

We are far too serious with everything we do now

Humble your heart.., starting with a courteous bow.

People back then were light minded and had little  materialism to show,

Now we are nosy, into that social media style of choice 

Political nonsense.. rather than capture reflective voice.

Everything is fast and implosive as rates of heart disease is ever so high,

Do you think this intense way of working is worth it? I rather cry.

Very easy to point

Worlds apart

Humility held,

Taxing emotions

You shall not yelled.

Glory discovered

Obedience endured

Hope and understanding 

Love is key to embrace outstanding.

God holds the love

God wants you to feel wanted.

Humans can dismiss your wants 

It’s the higher power that refutes the taunts.

Never feel low

Feel blessed if you pray each passing hour, second and day.

There is a god craving your love and embroils you’re stay.  

Families

Families can be loving

Families can also be complex,

You can disconnect with your family 

No ones fault, that’s what nature has met.

Balance of family life 

Balance of humility with those you think do care,

Families can be political 

Families can be vexatious.... and never there.

Families can provide support 

Families can judge and cause undue harm,

Families can be damming 

Speaking from experience, they can also be very slamming. 

Families are not my favourite topic 

Yet I wish no one in this domain to ever get hurt.

Peace on Earth as god is your keeper for life,

He will teach you to love those that are not too keen,

Hugs from this brother to elevate self esteem.

Spare humble thoughts

Those who sleep outside 

And those who may struggle day to day,

Those who do not care how the world evolves

Gods harmony is how it should get solved.

And there is a prayer to the highest of high

It’s the only redemption which causes salvation,

Comfort from the lord leads to manifestation.

When there’s a turn for the worse when a person struggles

And people lacking compassion, remorse and sincerity to fellow human souls,

Gods hope is to protect 

Is the sight to move forward and reflect.

Following faith brings us to a place 

Takes you on a journey we encourage and enjoy,

Spare a thought to those less fortunate and fraught 

Hold those people’s hands from the care that’s sought.

Serve your part

We can all lose focus..

Even Damn another person,

And deploy ‘cruel to be kind’

Yet gods calling is for us to love from the depths of his  mind.

We can never be god

That’s the job for the father,

He wants to fill you with protection and peace

Serve his better nature through a humble release.

His destiny is for us to serve and aim

Glory to the higher power 

We shall fight like soldiers to tame.

God will show us the way to move forth 

Fighting battles through mercy and grace

Attributes from the lord 

From that moment  you come out of the fleshy maze. 

Minds eye

Look towards your future 

Look inside your peace,

Look towards your humility 

Recall, pass on the legacy... and then reach.

Good hearted soul

Despite the challenges we face,

Look towards humility 

And reach that heavenly place.

Look to the left

Look to the right,

Look up and then down

The morale to this life is never to drown.

Avoid vexatious souls 

Negative words thrown your ways,

You are good and all that is kind

God will humble you, that’s a definite find.

Would be so proud...

You are a much Better person than me...

You organised, recited and aimed for humility for all others to see.

Clearly hard to achieve

Mental fatigue

People drained 

Mental health a challenge to this life

“Get on with it! “ “it’s all in the head”

Nonsense, you know what it’s like to be in that persons shoes?

This more than science, this disease needs more clues.

Going through extremes 

Feeling low, embittered and hurt

Looking towards a new future...

When will the goods times roll?

Pray to the father, especially when life takes its toil..

One day at a time

Work hard, go to the gym, release those chemicals,

This shall direct you to a humbler path

No more anger, no more chaos that leads to a wrath.

Put your hands together.. pray morning, afternoon and night

This battle which causes strain 

Avoid the detainment and look towards the good you do, and refrain.

The point of The ‘L’ word

Love is hope 

Love is kind

I might have said these words before 

But that word I totally adore.

Love protects me to go and hit

Love provides me hope to gain,

Love indulges a beautiful spirit 

That word is gorgeous and never insane.

My heart provides love 

Prayers to god provide us with love,

That word, and feeling is always there 

It’s more powerful when you release that sound to share.

Love isn’t political, it has a place on its own 

Love from others are released through gods hope,

And hope from love survives any slippery rope.

Nothing good from a lie

I heard this phase the other day

Common sense prevails yet imperfection from where the truth sways. 

I wanted approval

I wanted to be loved,

With a lie there is no good

Yet struggles do arrive within

Devil’s darkness could lead towards sin.

Nothing good comes from a lie 

Yet my are hands up, I have made my mistakes,

Saving grace and remove others from the peril I have caused

Yet I know I am good, if others cannot forgive

Then I leave, as I have no choice but to continue to live.

Capacity to love 

Capacity to radiate to give hope,

I refuse to speak to others if they don’t forgive despite my sin

It’s for my protection and boundary, even those in kin.

Chivalry

The term touched with care

Blooming, grooming 

Gods words are not at all assuming .

To simply just help

Hits a massive chord,

Life is for keeping good 

Get rid of from what you should.

You learn chivalry 

It’s comes from humbleness from our hearts,

Be open, be true

Nothing else is a clue. 

Peace to love 

Peace to keep hope aligned 

Love of Faith is humble and alight 

Your chivalry remains forever bright.

The journey starts somewhere

Rain, sleet and shine 

Passion worthy and define,

Love to god 

Love to hope

That word on its own is strength 

And can take you to many lengths.

We lose or focus from time to time

Driven by money, power and possibly greed 

You follow the positivity 

And refuse to bleed.

The smile of hope brings joy to the inner soul

Not entering vexatious causes to drain others,

Praying whole heartedly with your sisters and brothers.

There is no intelligence attached to this message relayed

Simply hoping we can all do good,

Especially when you’ve been hurt and back against the wall

Strength from loving the lord shall prevail and make you stand tall.

Capacity for good

The passage of the righteous man is beset 

No stone under turned is never unmet,

You will face a trial each and every day 

A child of the lord is what you are, and that the feeling never sway.

Manage your expectations through prayer and hope 

The message delivered is nice and sweet,

The battle endureth through the higher power is worth hoping and still needs to become complete.

There’s a big hug coming your way 

One with a blessing from up in the sky,

A father in heaven who loves you

Regardless if you are happy, or start to cry.

Your love is power

And your love is hope,

A blanket covers you with comfort and joy

Never lose hope... pray, that’s the shield to define the way.

“Love you my children, I will keep you at bay” 

Lies left behind

I have lied...

I have been resented 

I have been so angry from the lack of approval I craved

I felt unwanted and a fleshy slave.

I was hurting 

In almighty pain,

I wanted to cause violence 

What would that have done,

Turn me further insane.

I am open, often interpreted as mad,

Frequently crying and feeling bad

I never killed, but did take drugs to release the burning hole 

I actually needed god, he was never my foe.

I wanted more than I could manage

I wanted love, hugs to hear others care,

Now I have the father in heaven at the bottom of my heart 

And that shall always remain there.

Love only love

That four letter word 

The most powerful act there could be,

Humble moments, reflective traces 

A time, a blessing and beautiful embraces.

We have all faced hurt

We have all enjoyed a laugh,

The latter act is so significant when it arrives 

Learning to move forward, is more than just aiming to survive.

Try your best 

Enjoy what you do with hope and love,

If you don’t understand these niceties, then learn this simple four letter word

Yes there is aggression but loving is never absurd.

Hurt needs to be healed 

Aggression needs to be removed,

Loving the father, the almighty, us humans are flawed 

Aspire in the name of Jesus, you will eventually soar..

Believing in god is so powerful And enlightening,

Sleep does restore your strength 

But it’s serving god is the true test through impacting length.

Keep trying 

Keep moving forward,

Keep praying 

Keep staying with god,

There is no better serving in life from where you receive an approving nod.

Hope is there 

Not through a timid stare,

Peace is yours to keep

Keep moving on.. you shall see the seeds reap.

Make history work for you 

Strive to a new future where you shall strive,

You are the almighty power who pours love into a cup.

Gods guides the light and way

He shall capture the glory

And Love and patience attained,

We never lose focus from the lord above 

He NEVER loses us from what we feel 

Glory and power is what we see as surreal.

Where love reigns

If you don’t feel loved.. stop..... take stock and pray

The words from the lord, it’s all going to be okay.

You time with the father is the only way

He loves you more than any other words we can say.

Believe it or not, love will turn it around

No magic, merely his presence is found. 

Holding my hand will help, 

Holding my heart will release joy,

If you simply allow him in

Then the glory from the lord humbles within me.

Worry

In a world that lacks a lot of concern

The harmony of love should never become a burn, 

Worrying is a sign of love

As long as you don’t do too much, to make you fray

Your strength inside shall never go away. 

Keep working harder

Keep focused and use that worry to move life forward, 

Gods preach is to teach us love and care

Worrying means you are a person that aims to share.

To worry about a person needs to be followed by a plan

Solving a concerning that causes pain and possibly deceit

There are aspirations that worry turns into a retreat.

Remain kind and loving 

Remain hopeful and skilled. 

Worry to a point and learn to show compassion with utmost heart, 

Never leave this journey by wanting to depart. 

Over the finishing line

We solider on, no matter what 

Gods strong children come through many tests 

These are end times as we continue to remain blessed.

Never refused a challenge 

Find your inner strength and excel,

Never look the other way

It’s not worth staying in danger, and stay.

Love contains power of god

No point arguing, this is the fact

He has all the answers 

You continue to soldier on, keeping in intact.

Our smiles are needed 

It brings happiness and rids a persons rile,

Go forth through the will and armour of god,

He will keep you nourished 

As brothers and sisters we continue to encourage.

The Continuing Battle.. diabetes story

Look at me 

And a person with diabetes is the last person you would think,

Yet inside my body I crave for a balance 

As I must look to faith and never sink.

I need insulin 

Do you know what that does? 

It breaks down sugar to release energy to survive,

Sounds quite simple in theory

Yet challenging maths can never be contrived..

Then there is life 

The place we all belong,

Living with an auto immune condition 

Can easily go wrong.

“Living with diabetes is easy” people say 

Of course it is, you calculate everything you want to eat

As long I believe in god and stay humble

I overcome any personal defeat.

Why???

Sign of the times where aggression is aimed

Politics causes unhealthy debate

People are impatient with other

Caring is no ones bother.

Social media causes more harm than good

Yes I posted this poem on a blog,

I feel better with a pen and paper and polite chat 

Now there’s aggression, where’s the sense in that?

People start a conversation with the word “no”

Debate for the sake of debate is most people’s aim,

I rather be courteous and humble 

That’s the god I serve remains. 

A smile, a greet, words all said before 

A calmness is the desire aim towards fruitful love

Sadly lacking in this day and age 

Let’s make a difference by turning the page.

Life.. the ultimate question

People judge, 

Those that do that often don’t understand any other way, 

It’s ultimately gods decision which has the final say. 

We get judged for not having a family

We get judged for living the life we choose to live, 

We get judged by couples, stating being in a relationship is the only way,

I rather be on my own... why? People can be complicated, thereby say I nay. 

God gives us free will

God gives you the hope to be the best person you choose to be

If you pray for kindness, love in gods beautiful words which he say,

Elevation hope shall make all things okay. 

If you recall these words with hope 

“Your perception of me, is none of my business”

You will need to read the above to try to find what it means, 

It states your negative opinion means nothing

Yet in gods eyes, you are worthy and something. 

People can be the lover and hater of one another

So be kind to your friends, mother, father, sister and brother, 

You are never alone, so being single is how we end

There is a second coming, that’s where we transcend.

Like your own peace

Who do we fool?

We know love makes the world go round,

Peace on earth is what we all strive

This peaceful hope is the aim to become alive. 

Time to reflect

Time to be the person you want to be, 

A person that refuses to judge,

Politics a foot, has never been a worthy touch. 

Hope to be found

Peace with god you will find within,

Arguments that makes a person exude, 

Person I think people like that are activists... and does not protrude.

We find peace when god finds your time with him,

He has the answers and we have the feel will, 

The two combined in matrimony which leads to love

Peace on earth, gods hope shall never be shoved. 

A fresh start

Something doesn’t workout 

And reflection enters the soul,

Look at it as a new start 

Now take your time. You know?? A little bit a low.

We put our energies into something we think will work

Yet everything has a time limit.. that’s life,

First believe in you, and ultimately god

He has the final say, no need to spare the rod.

You are kind and deserving 

You can now put energies into a new exciting life,

Humbleness is very telling in how to react,

The higher power has total faith in you

Allow him in, that’s the clue.

You are at peace and now enter onto a new road

The power above shall serve you well,
