One day at a time

Not until some unexpected hits 

Your world turned upside down,

Not knowing what to do, feeling like you’ve just drowned.

The great news is there is always God

The one we can’t see but can always speak to at time of pain,

Learning to move forward through the prayers that we shan’t abstain.

Hope and love

Ultimately that is what we need,

Yes there are pressures of life we avoid to look to feed.

Time is humble and resting 

God is working inside of you… manifesting.

Enjoy today, the sun is out 

The father has the answers..  that’s what it’s all about.

Season of sun?

London city, now a place for fun. 

Yes the hayfever may have started 

For those with that, you are in my prayers which shall never be parted.

Rest and embrace 

Stay in the sunny place,

Rays of sun hitting the face 

It’s God’s Kingdom which I look forward to embrace.

May the sun give you a lift

May the love of God never shift,

Keep praying and releasing like the sun

This sounds very cliche, yet not in the realms of a jokey pun.

The shining of light hits the mood

Often we don’t pray when the sun is out, not sounding rude.

May the sun hit the soul

Yet remember God created it for a reason, so be mindful and as it’s not always a problem learning to become slow.

You can’t take on the worlds problems 

Leave that with God,

He is the one we all turn too

Pray and discern and there’s an answer in it for you.

There are carers who provide endless love 

There are those who listen until their ear is processing too much,

The fact is, we all need God’s almighty touch. 

People who don’t believe 

They think it’s their way to work it through,

Then a blessing shall appear, the fact is God who is inside of each of us to pursue.

Don’t you think I know how you feel?

these words are not only from myself,

I am a used as a vessel through God’s humble self.

This is a prayer to say God loves you,

Sometimes we may not feel you are near

But through your son we are able to no longer fear.

Always put God first

Why? He shall always have your back,

When you surrender to the Father there is nothing else you shall ever want to lack.

Words bring me comfort 

Especially when God is in the conversation,

How can we accept faith through a man or woman who shall eventually die?

The fact that Jesus, through his Father did not ever lie. 

There is life on earth

As today we face a torturous strain, 

No matter how intelligent you are these words are not possible to refrain.

The father is here to embrace

The father is always here…. So focus on him

Thank you Lord for your prayer 

Thank you for always being there,

Thank you for the journey we have embraced 

Yet there are moments I was questioning you God for moments we have all faced 

Thank you for seeing us through to the end of this week,

And that the prayers from each of us are worshiped and caught through a throw.

When we sing “10000 reasons”

Or “a good, good father”,

Can we live this life alone?

Stand in unison, open up and say: “one day we are seeing the Father on the throne.”

We say: “ I rather be alone”

Or would you prefer to lead that solitary path?

Praying is a personal relationship between you and God

But you can’t ignore the fellowship, that’s God’s wanting prod”.

United we shall stand strong

Listen, encourage… we all belong,

We celebrate to receive the final days, 

God’s message isn’t at all a maze.

Remember there is a sister or brother that will always say “hello”

Always a reason to pray

Why do we pray? 

To remove the cobwebs that we have collected?

Or accept God that his son was truly perfected. 

Thank you God for your hugs 

Thank you God for your time,

Thank you God for your mercy 

Thank you God for forgiving my sins and making us feel worthy.

There is a time for distance 

There is a time when connection is due,

There is also a time to remove us from the storm

And that warmth in hugs should be considered the norm. 

Today we look towards the light 

The first day for the rest of your life.

You may be misunderstood but through the Father you have a chance to wipe the slate clean,

Seek approval from the Father by praying and simply believe

A time to confess

There’s a storm coming 

So then how do you deal?

Fighting hard when resolving through the flesh

Ultimately confess to the Father, that you have been, or are still a total mess.

No insults intended 

God gives you a sense of account,

I struggle to understand on occasion

As I have been controlled and have tried to please

God is the strengthener, so through that…do not feel appeased.

Leave it with the Father

The prayers have a way of working themselves out,

After all he is the miracle worker… and has the powering clout.

Reflective season

Some seasons are calm

Some are quite intense,

Some are uncertain as there’s reasons to stand on the fence.

Then again standing on the fence isn’t part of a prayer request,

You are in it with all your heart, otherwise the purpose can lose its tense 

There are people who get you

There are close ones that won’t,

As long you pray to the Father, the silence will turn into rapture

And then the Holy Spirit shall let you capture.

The light will shine

You just need to believe with your heart and soul,

The power of prayer for an eternal season shan’t ever go.

It’s never goodbye

My heart beats slowly

That’s a good thing until I start to move,

I won’t leave you God, you’ve held my heart and I shan’t look to remove.

I say goodbye for now

People ask “why me? That why you choose to talk”

Why not? I never ever wanted to walk.

None of us are perfect

As long you accept and that you do believe that,

The Lord is your protector, you can no longer prowl like an unknowing cat.

So goodbye is not a option

The son of God has given us all a chance,

Looking at you

You are truly blessed

Yes, we have all fallen down

yet through the Father he refuses us to at all drown.

I am pleased we are blessed

Yet the road is a little long,

Holding back a little, guarded hearts to avoid feeling brittle.

You are kind and  can never be weak,

Stay with the Father at this time to pray and act

The path afterwards is where the Father wants you at.

Be strong said in 1 Joshua verse 9

My eyes is looking over you, I promise you shall be fine.

Tomorrow is held in hope 

Rabbits are survivors, they never tire.

Look to the kindness the Father shall bring

“I can’t put on weight, our family are too thin”

So why address it when that’s stuck in your mind?

I  can’t be bothered about that discussion , thats what I find..

I can’t be bothered when these words are said,

I rather go to the gym and prove others wrong

Facts are not always going to stay as facts when things change in the body

It’s life in our enzymes that change when times could be made as slightly shoddy. 

Fat, thin, tall or short?

God is sharping us all the time, words I rather look to retort. 

You are who you are 

It’s the person within and the belief they have for you,

If it’s a debate they want?, then those words I prefer to ensue. 

These conversations can be fickle 

If you don’t like who you are, then pray to God…

He would tell you to sharpen iron with iron

You his child after all, with a heart of a lion.

Some people want chaos

Talk of the media, when there’s nothing to do

Perhaps it’s a sign for them to be nosy when relaxing, I rather look at athletics events or two.

I rather relish the word of God

The moment when prayer hits, you cry and release

The over pouring of fondness is a humility sign never to cease.

There can be peace 

spirits from others shall attempt to rile you,

I don’t need to talk with elaborate words

To the point, no story needs to be heard.

Yes, we are all different 

But avoid the chaos and drama that enters the mist,

I look towards the blessing to see the Father when his son returns 

I pray for peace, especially when you are able to discern.

Tomorrow’s heaven

We imagine what would it be like

That place we shall meet loved ones who are now at rest,

I love the thought of an afterlife and no further duress.

I want to be there

Not on this earth where sirens and aggression is part of it all,

People relishing in chaos and where other motives could possibly fall.

I aim to be in that place 

A place where peace is in my heart,

On this earth there is noise and too much fraught

Blessings are beautiful and can never be bought.

I need the heavens to move

I need to be with the Father right now,

No matter how much money you’ve got and places you see

Fathers out there

There are Dad’s who enjoy time with their children 

Some will remember their Dad’s, and feel raw as they are no longer here,

The father in heaven is the perennial spirit we all look to share. 

Love of a great man

Love of man who is still around,

Or perhaps absent from their kids, when they need to step on the Fathers’ holy ground. 

They are to be celebrated 

They will be missed 

They are to be held endlessly, and those who haven’t been in touch and do not need to be remissed. 

We love them with the hope to see them again 

I know I miss my Dad to this very day,

I truly have memories of his love as these words are just the beginning from a place in heaven we shall meet again.

Letting go of my hand

I need to leave

I need to fly,

this there unfinished business, all I know I have tried

peacemaker?

or shout out loud?

Some people you simply do not connect,

doest that make you a bad person? surely not? opinions don't allow. therefore reflect.

You may be the same person but cannot connect!

People say: "Talk to each other, life is too short"

"You are a child of God afterall", 

I am remaining strong through faith which leads to prayer

look towards staying with the Father, the levitation you aim to stare.

There is trauma, which others protect their children to face

I have faced the mistake without introducing haste. 

Right now, I don't need advice, I just need to relay these words

the peace of love in Christ shall never within you disturb. 

Tomorrow my your day, be blessed that you breath another breath

Read page 105 and 106 in the 'Freedom in Christ' book, that shall lift your soul

God is knocking on your door always, his Kingdom is the peacemill to forever go.

Trying and crying

There’s no failure in trying

At least you get to finally know,

Staying with the Father is a personal journey for us all

Where there’s the Father we shall eventually become spiritually tall. 

There’s no failing in trying 

Even when you drop to your needs, you have at least tried

It was the son on the cross who for us all died. 

Yes, there are questions and answers, isn’t that life?

As long we can all be amenable through a faith driven discussion,

There is time to reflect and act

Learning to respect people’s opinions without the aim to distract.

There is love, anger and joy

These emotions are part of life’s journey,

It’s the Father in heaven who always says he loves you; that’s where you are humbly worthy.

My tears are full

You now have got me God!

Yes I have questions to ask

Yet it’s your drive which has made me last.

You are the first and last

Your son died for us to give us all a second chance,

There were always going to be struggles, it’s refining that I choose to enhance. 

You are my brother or sister if you choose to be?

Yet through the light from darkness you are now able to see.

Thank you God for supporting your child

The wisdom you place on us is not at all mild,

You are full throttle and beautified at the same time

Thank you Father, which is a blesseth phrase 

The water refills and curtails to get lost in the maze.

Those were the times

We use to enjoy watching 3 or 4 channels 

And the radio was, and can still be our friend,

There was Cagney and Lacey and many superheroes in our fantasy world we were inspired to defend. 

There was ‘Dukes of hazard’ and ‘Hawaii 5 O’to mention only a few, 

And there was ‘Knight Rider’ and ‘Magnum P.I.’ whom we loved so much when gazing at a heavy TV, like glue. 

I pray for this generation to sample what we had, 

I know it’s all smartphones and online payments to make transactions rendered,

I am humbled to live this generation which is now often defended.

Looking at the past this brings a smile to my face 

We didn’t always rush and there was much less haste,

Yes we had our problems and plenty of faults 

We balanced our lives without the compounding of a phone or laptop to connect 

Pen and paper is where it shall return to, when machine do eventually defects.

Where this walk leads

It may take time to touch the son of man

But then again you are suddenly broken, and unable to take a stand.

The tears break out

It’s a path you need to face,

You’ll feel better once the tears have left

As the devil is the spirit you shall eventually bereft.

Walks continue to be taken

Life is humbling when allowing the Father in

Please accept he is your saviour and next of kin.

The walk can become dark

But the dark shall turn into the light,

One thing for certain, in unison of the spirit of man

We shall hold strong and lead the Devil’s ban.

The devil will try

Personally rebuke them and then say goodbye.

Sometimes the voice inside your head can do you wrong

But it’s God’s house where you prayerfully belong. 

There’s no place for an attack

But saying that, it does happen to us all,

The flesh of the flesh looks to make any of us crawl.

You are eagles, so be ready to fly

People look at your imperfections and say: “you are strange” or “you are bad”,

Find comfort through prayer from the Father, where life with him shall become less hurried and mad.

The thought of knowing him has nothing else for us to fear.

I don’t want my disease to be passed onto others

where some think of themselves, and yes I do hate the pain

Lord you have protected others for what sometimes I cannot as man or woman is able to contain.

I want others to be protected 

And through you, I know now that I am

Humble hearts are not fearful, the Devil has lost to the slain of the lamb.

Lord I know you love me

Tribulations has always come with loving you,

Yet Lord I wholeheartedly worship this path, where pain can no longer cause us abuse.

There’s a time and place 

God’s door is open, just pray and there shall be no stalemate. 

The heart will move forward 

The heart will lift with a ‘prayer’.

Looking for light when it is dark

There is hope when you release a prayer from the very start. 

Looking for that figure that was your source,

The one who gave you a hug through all the uncertainty and discourse.

People do care 

People do give you hope through a moment they share, 

Avoid people who confront and cause an unnerving debate,

We are all God’s children after all, that’s the balance I wish to state.

Matthew… more than just a friend

He is a blessing, one I can’t always comprehend.

Remember these words

There is nothing else where you need to compete.

Why do we pray?

Why do we pray? 

I want to talk to God when I am up and down,

It’s a conversation like no other especially when a smile does arrive after I felt giving a frown.

It’s a blessing to speak to the king

There is hope in his name for what he does bring.

He is a God of hope and God of light

He didn’t say it would be easy, but his son is returning to end this spiritual fight. 

Calm will enter the soul

God is the light of lights all day long

The biggest fight is always with God

Why would you anger when there’s freewill that hits?

Who owns free will? The one that’s in bits.

God is inside you

This is me..

My journey is humble 

My path came from one simple prayer,

 2015 a friend prayed for me, unfortunately he is no longer there

Yet his memory congeals as his prayer gave me hope to inwardly stare.

Perhaps give them a verbal regrettable fight.

Gossip is fickle

It has no place for anyone’s heart,

Pray for others instead, 

otherwise I would prefer to ignore, to refuse the fickleness which is now dead.

Gossip is regressive 

It’s a empty conversation that has no place, 

It’s a shame where there are good people who do gossip yet are blind 

but unable to find a good set of words to humbly be kind.

Are you sure (Stoic Diabetes Poem)

It’s a condition you need to be methodically sure

Along with calculations and that little bit more,

Then there’s the impact people inflict on us

People who say they care, but not when your blood sugars are in a bit of a flush.

We get angst

But at the same time need to keep it calm,

The condition which flusters and can cause a slight alarm.

Then there’s those who ask you “are you alright… are you sure?”

The decisiveness of this condition is what is presented to people like I,

Yet our health outcomes are multiply different as controlling we need to rely.

You need to be sure

You need to be clinical, because this what we live with minute by minute and hour by hour

The assertive approach we need to attain by the delicate need to rise above it and then devour.

“Type 1 diabetes.. you can’t be unsure… you need strength… through prayer we can get there…”

When you think of God

What do you think?

Do you think you ought to sink or rise?

The son of the Father will cause an amazing surprise.

Stay with prayer

Stay and find a solution, that only God can throw 

There are opportunities when you can grow.

He never left you 

Nor would he forsake,

So why not pray?

There is hope when humbleness remains.

I think of the Father during the day, noon and at night

And when you say a prayer, then you know Devil hasn’t got it right.

Spiritual maturity

Praying is a sign to do things in a way to lift your mood

Demonstrating discernment without becoming rude.

Yes, you are human and things will enviably fall

In Christ there is levitation to accept his call.

Praying is strength to lift your soul

Pray for others and yourself 

That’s the chance to calm your heart and accept spiritual wealth.

God is love 

And love comes through him,

Don’t refuse the Father as he is always calling 

Years of anguish, forever stallings.

Spiritual growth brings you inner peace 

Pray and discern, you deserve that reaction in the very least.

Humble your heart ❤️

Business will always be business 

And yet God holds you close,

Discerning your understanding through prayer, leads to the inner most.

Hold on, God won’t let you down 

Humble thoughts can be released, 

Tame the devil first, who’s nothing to you in the least.

Learn to move forward 

Learn to move back,

But when you go back, remember the good you are able to take 

God’s strength is magnificent, so there’s nothing at stake.

Humble your thoughts

Vexatious feelings shall always be there to manage,

You are a child of God after all, as there’s no collateral damage.

God… The voice of wisdom

Whoever speaks to you

Whoever tries to understand your actions,

Remember God is the balance and doesn’t do anything in fractions. 

Speak to God first 

He will guide you in what to do next,

Don’t blame the Father for what’s happened.. no point feeling at all vexed.

Listen to yourself through prayer 

God is having a conversation there,

No speed, which causes harm from angst

The hurt towards yourself doesn’t give God any thanks.

God is there, he is your point of call

Don’t let silly conversation confuse you, the Father has the answers for us all.

Peacemaker

Lord you are a peacemaker for us all

You have given some of your children m that gift to calm the storm,

Where others  need speed to look efficient and evolving 

The problem with speed is sometimes that it’s not always solving.

A calm heart relaxes the mind

And complacency has no place,

God’s attainment has everything we need to trace.

I don’t respect people in chaos to understand 

Then again, they will face a moment when speed has tipped them over the edge,

As calmness is key when speed is attached 

As our mental health needs to be aligned, managed through prayer and eventually dispatched.

Peacemaker, thank you for the person who you turned out in God

He takes the glory, not this reckless speed….

If you decide to go fast, then I withdraw that attribute for which I do not need.

Pray and… sleep

The eyes are open

where you maybe unable to sleep

Just looking at reflection

And nothing else to weep.

Be kind to your heart

Be kind to you mind,

There is love out there, there shouldn’t be nothing else to surprise.

Learn to accept God

It’s the best journey you shall face,

Don’t take my word for it, this comes with calm as well as a humble wake.

Sleep and pray

The best choice you shall always receive,

As long as you start a chat with the Father

There shall be plenty for us all to believe.

To Mark and Hallie

Bless you both, as your time is for two to become one 

Blessings are humble and merciful as grace has achieved a victory won.

You are lights of the world when God holds you close,

And that humble spirits inside of you 

Shall see you both elevate and then pursue.

Love is precious 

And love can be forevermore,

Allow you to capture your time with prayer

As humility in God shall take you to a place to both share.

Leave the passage to ensue 

and get your minds working together and stay blessed

Humbleness through the Lord is yours to embrace, especially when you confess.
