How?

How do you keep upbeat when facing a challenge?

It’s more than just  “get on with it!”

Effort needs to be put in place

So I put on my trainers, leggings and warm gloves

Running and praying, I am simmering with love.

I listen to God 

He speaks to me when I pray,

I believe in him so much

I know there is no other place I want to remain in touch.

I see people droning, talking on the phone speaking for speaks sake

This motivation is for me 

It’s the essence I feel better within myself, 

That’s why I feel that little more free.

Start small and growth of exercise and prayer will flourish

It’s a challenge; but talking to the spirit when breathing and praying hits my veins.

Find a challenge you will embrace

Don’t think about it too long, as you won’t reach that place.

Facing times when lives have been lost,

Those people would want you to continue with this life hold,

Therefore motivating words are required at this moment in time 

Hence, prayer and exercise ticks my box, that’s what I find.

You are at rest my dear

No more pain

Yes we are here, leaking a tear from what we can contain.

You are at peace with Faith

I am sorry, as fate has hit our hearts 

Loving you is a continuation, that shall never part.

You are there 

God is holding you so close,

Praying for those left behind 

Through this battle we will seek great memories from the mind.

One thing for certain, Love is kind 

Love is hope

Missing your presence means so much

Differences

The world comprises of creatures great and small

Connecting towards a person in spirit which align 

God matching you together to refine.

Some people won’t get you

It’s as simple as that 

Yet God created us all different to learn the goodness we can release to reflect him, 

Humbleness in Faith is where we all belong

A story of inspiration which you can never prolong.

The beauty of the spirit falls in your wake

And no point refusing the Spirit in the sky,

Accepting we are all different and the traits we receive from God

His gifts are far more special than a gratuitous prod.  

The brokenness is putting me right

And if others don’t understand then I simply pray for their hearts to be with him

He accepts us all for all of our imperfections 

He is the humble giver who mends broken hearts 

You are never alone as a new beginning starts.

I can only say sorry 

I said the hurtful words “you don’t know me”,

I want you my Divine

Pray to the Father, the one who has set us free.

Loving you is easy

Not being with you hurts,

Yet we love the Father so much

His love for us, made connect and touch.

Like I said before... I am sorry

I did say to you I am complicated, 

God made me to love your heart

We will be together in Christ, from there we shall never part.

The way we once were

Remember the time

The boss made fun of me?

Calling me a slap head 

As I am about to go to pontificate and go to bed. 

I’ll return the compliment 

By disregarding what he requests, 🤣

Speaking about a large legal lady, Sally that was her name 

My response, “she would be the last person to help in a weight watchers class” where I prefer to avoid her, and carry out a fast.

Being around people who love the sound of their own voices,

I just stared in silence, hearing nothing but noises. 

One day we will return the way it use to be 

An extrovert, 

A boss loving the sound of their voice, I say with trembling humour

As long we inject that vaccine and get back to the way we were

Then I can start making fun of others, instead of calling them madam and sir... 😜🙏🏽

Overthinking

Never understood the process of over thinking 

Isn’t it making a decision, without deceiving.

The thought of deep thinking 

Just to get a situation right

Ocums razor

The obvious answer is often deemed right.

Looking at this 

And looking at that 

Never leading onto a solution

Prolonging the argument 

And then saying “that’s the problem” which causes a delusion.

Sorry, to those who believe this way

Yes, I am possibly self opinionated 

pontificating, or stretching the conversation out I no longer want to stay..

Sight and fight

You never give up

That’s the path we all need to take

Leads to no more self righteous thinking 

From this you shall no longer on the verge of tinkering.

Cold, dour... arrrgh....you don’t need that in your life?

You have talent and skill

You will exude your greatness 

From that you should provide a thrill.

Time strolls by and obviously you shall have pondering thoughts,

Yet there is Father in heaven who loves your heart,

From his openness you shall receive a brand new start.

The start... the end 

Nothing else you need to depend,

You are that deserving, you must believe 

From the challenges we face, you shall humbly receive.

Speaking to God

When I speak to the Father

I know I am safe,

Looking towards his guidance 

Provides you with a pleasant fate.

You live in hope

And hone into the prayer,

God almighty exudes 

From that time you know you are there.

You feel ultimate joy

When God fills your heart,

Yes, there are trials and tribulations  

Yet ultimately you seek manifestations.

I love you,

And let me tell you, you are not alone, 

My words are honed with wisdom attached 

Your once crumbling heart has Gods love to match.  

Great great friend

A joyous celebration on this day

A great person,

And a great man

A humble spirit 

All Hammers fans and friends rejoice

Mood lifting

So much easily said than done..

And you can’t avoid the situation which you present

Look at the good inside of you, rather than resent.

Prayers are key

Prayers can make you feel great,

The lifting of a mood 

Avoids the language afterwards when you direct your language being rude.

Speaking from experience 

When I felt my life was bleak,

Yet others are not you as I was in a world which I found bleak.

Praise the person you are 

Pray daily 

Exercise to release the serotonin inside 

The Father above is where you always can confide.

Birthday wish

Brother you have endured a life so rich

You are deserving, humbled and brave

Blessing you in the journey that you crave.

God will look over you

God shall look over the ones that love you so 

Praise to the highest powers 

Where the heavens open and you shall forever tower.

A great speech

A great man 

His name echos love to us all

Praying and believing we shall become one for one and all.

Praying loud for humble peace

Praying loud to bring ultimate rejoice

A powerful attribute from a humble voice.

Integrity and love for what Martin Luther King holds his hands, 

Believing in ‘the word’ that we are all a child to one King,

At times of segregational pain which needed to be voiced,

Using that word ‘love’ to overcome hate, 

this world we live in, where all skin colours shouldn’t argue or debate.

Know your history 

Love your brother and  sister too

The words from Martin Luther resonates hope 

If hatred burns the segregation quest,

His words shall put us all to the test.

That piece of heaven

You never know what happens next

Peace of heaven we look to capture

No more vexation

No more rapture.

Never alone through the Father’s eyes

Blessed in God 

Blessed through to you what you think is a demise.

Love you 

I care and not fond of me,

Forgiveness and conflicting words said across

We believe in the higher power,  or that lingering garden moss.

I want to go to that place of peace

we need to go 

That fortress of solitude and mire held 

For we love the Father so much 

We know heaven shall never fell.

Don’t insult a persons view 

Humbleness and integrity are a simple clue.

I love life, regardless what it throws

Yes we are restricted!

But we can’t let that stem ever flow.

A time to speak

A time to treat things as a big deal.

As I believe in our God

When God touches your heart 

I pray for a calm life 

I pray for hope which has no strife.

Holding us together 

At times where safety is top of the frame,

Balancing life and letting God take over 

Is a humble walk in reflections; of feeling sober.

Pray to God 

I do each day,

Not just for me  but for others in need, 

Getting close to the Father is something we do need, indeed.

Your walk could throw blame?

Yet the Father takes that away,

Tears of hope never subside

Warmth from his glory is the wish I truly confide.

It’s not about intelligence? 

Or feeling you are better than others you meet,

What’s the point in that?

It’s the humbleness inside which has the Devil always facing defeat.

I am with you...

Read this next verse...

“The Father holds you close”,

Finding a way through, especially during stagnant times,

Refreshing the mindset to release the goodness held inside

Liking yourself especially when we need to confide.

We can only focus on good 

Never the bad,

If others are toxic and you love them with your heart  

Bring God into the discussion, 

there you shall depart..

Love is hope

Love wins over bad,

Pray for those who persecute you

Mend anything you feel that you can do.

You can only do this through Gods almighty love 

Never through a disdainful reap

Pray to the heavens at a time we all need love,

So you know what it’s like? (Diabetic prayer)

So you know what it’s like to inject 5 times a day?

Calculating your food 

And balancing the activity you do

This is so real, as prayer is what I ensue,

Sugars low

Sugars high

And there is humble pie

Don’t feel sorry for me?

I know how to make this condition goodbye.

I have learned a lot 

As we all know balance is key

This condition won’t imprison me 

As I know one day I shall be insulin free.

There are those who think they know the condition better than you?

Yet you live with it, and others don’t...

You own it, diabetes doesn’t own you, 

Meaning, you learn this style and make it work

Otherwise if you listen to plastic doctors you’ll go berserk.

You can ponder? But why....?

Overthinking??

Never a solution for what I see,

Dragging out a conversation... when there are nonsensical traits?

I rather see the solution which raises a smile 

Instead of  “what will be, will be..” for a while.

Politics needs its place to solve a chaotic state,

Yet again Faith in God keeps the evil tyranny at bay

Toxic conversations I rather turn my ahead away.

We live in times where gossip is a trend

Vexatious languages of others, you know? Looking to offend.

So keep still and say nothing 

Just get the job done

Pray to the Father daily, that’s where I want my sun?

Hope and peace in a world where chaos is everyone’s friend,

Wind up merchants and fly on the wall,

Attempting to refute you, attempting to make you stall.

We need love and hope, fun and tears to mend these challenging times

Where there is salvation, there is always hope,

Or would you prefer negativity dangling from a frayed rope?

Closer

We can’t blame ourselves?

This situation has impacted our views..

Politics a foot, 

Leave the torment and pray away the abuse.

Leave it to Faith

He will put it right 

Never turn your head away

Poetry from the finger tips

From there I pray to stay.

This negativity?

Arid the devils political stain,

Holding back your thoughts,

I rather not refrain.

A bold message is delivered

It derives with ultimate peace,

Each day we move closer to our goal 

Keep your sustainability, for sure

With prayers to the Father we shall overcome this challenge, far, far more. 

See the worse, expect the best

 Why negative?

Need to keep moving 

Even if enforcement isn’t at all soothing.

Gods hope is there 

The prayers do need to come out

Say it during a panting run

Say it through an almighty prayerful fun.

Love conquers evil 

It always has,

Believe in Faith, it’s a place within the heart

 No point being angry with God 

His desire to call you in, came from the start.

Glory to God

Hope for all his children, that includes you

Where faith is inside of the spirit which Gods’ put there

Times we are facing will pass, that’s for sure 

The prayer is the request from us all

God’s won this battle and  he shall never stall.

Friends and those not fond me me....too

During these unprecedented times, more often we can do.

Times we look back

And wondered what happened there,

There is faith in us all

Yet the calling from the Father avoids us to stall.

Kindness wins 

Anger can simply go away

Despite our human flaws,

Pray can stay 

Refute the devils attacks to lead us astray.

We all have purpose...

It’s just one day at a time,

Yes, we often feel defeated

 But why? we now argue for its simple sake,

Yet it’s Faith in the Father where we refuse to break.
