Hard as we try...

We try our hardest

And yet sometimes it isn't enough,

Try as you might 

Doesn't need to turn into a harden fight.

Spiritual beliefs 

Extraordinary paths

Leads towards a better future

And deliver the better of two sins

Heavenly victory shall lead to a holy win.

May the challenges of the world turn better,

Better. for the great of good.

Whatever you believe in

The dynamics capture the goodness, like we all should.

Patience and kindness is something the world lacks

There is no calmness, and this is emotionally stacked.

Be kind to the souls that love you

And spread the calm we all need to feel

Impatience has its place 

Yet life's glory are the moments we need to look at as surreal.

Calm it down

Over doing it

Exercise can over take

All those serotonins 

Can make a person greedy, especially in its wake.

It's taken me all this time 

To feel like this inside, 

Now I am a step forward 

To rationalise this feeling to abide.

I couldn't see the woods through the trees

Even though exercise once saved my life

I now need to rest and balance 

And capture elements to entice.

My eyes are open 

As a new world dawns 

Will this free time see me brace a new chapter? 

As this new beginning storms.

Simply Love

Like the Valhalla poem

I love my father

And my mother too

I love my brothers and sisters

For I want to remain with you.

I want the world to be at peace

Even though it's not

I need my rest 

Even with the insurmountable energy I have, got.

I want to reign but know gods holds that key

I crave to prayer 

And capture the essence to become free.

May the world love each other

And that this testing time of aggression and hate flees,

I love you my brother and sister as this path rounds us to a tea.

Listen to your body

Listen to your needs

Listen to understand kindness within you.

Don't over do it,

Like an array of scattered seeds.

Be at peace with your heart

Be at peace with your mind

If you work endlessly with your body

Capture the essence to what is kind.

The eyes need rest

And the body to become attained.

Learn to be nice to you,

Avoid trying to feel damp and blue.

The body and mind needs vessels to circulate.

Identify those places in your heart.

Learn to be nice to yourself

And never try to feel apart.

Trust

Trust can be a mountain or a hill

Working through a journey

Can look towards becoming surreal.

Learn to consume 

And brace someone to help a quest,

Learning to leave the weight on others 

Can sometimes become a test.

Many stories shall unfold

The words: "you can rely on me"

Can turn feelings into dust.

Strength needs to be found 

And the heart will need to be released,

A spiritual blessing at the very least.

And trust is part of this trait.

Friendship

Friends today 

May not be the friends for tomorrow 

Not being subjective 

Not looking for sorrow.

You never lose sight of your friends 

If they are there or not

Friendship is a blessing 

Humbleness which comes from confessing.

The eyes are open

But times have changed

I never forget those who were once there

Doesn't mean I do not care.

Brace the day when friendship first commenced

The refreshing times we would have plenty in common or, have a debate

Friendship arrives in many special ways

Love, balance and a bending ear 

Many things to understand and looking to adhere.

Angry but can still love

I did wrong in the past, does that make me a bad person within?

Yes I have lied

But have I caused immortal sin.

People can't release, but I will let them go.

Despite there status to me.

I have cut the cord as I reveal a time to become free.

I am lucky I have people that care for my spirit and soul. 

Everyday, is a new journey as the negatives can leave me as I can now glow.

My strength is to move forth

As those I thought would be there have deployed, 

I have learnt many lessons which have scold as the spirit of life is always there to unfold.

Patience

Patience?

What is that?

Tick tock tick tock

Generation to generation 

People react to time 

Heart pumps to a beat 

Fastness struggles to become a feat..

We all want things done,

Yet patience is the quality for the desired effect

Meaning, with methodology we can learn and, often detect. 

In a world where people barge into others 

Without a hint of an apology

Isn't the world beautiful 

Where people don't need to be effected with their psychology.

Be nice to your fellow human

And make demands with openness and respect

Even if you don't like that person 

Then evolve with calmness that you set.

We need banter 

And sometimes we need a healthy debate,

Yet with patience and a calm domain

We can help others become balanced and, often attained. 

Changing world

The world has changed

Or is it me?

People are more aggressive, less polite

Yet no one can see.

Don't get me wrong

My politeness shall prevail

I don't have time to be rude

Better still in a grumpy mood.

We have social media 

And instant information to access

Yet there is a vibe from those who lack patience

People who are struggling to manage time

Patience and methodology has its wake 

A time to reflect and aim not to take.

The world shall be great once again

We just need to be patient with ourselves

If we are nice to each other, along with patience to choose

Then life, its situation has nothing to lose.

Look to the skies

The skies look to the heavens

You know I mean?

Love, forgiveness and understanding 

Are the elements that are surrean.

The whole world has changed

Or have we changed with the world. 

Love is power

Heart holds true,

And the clearest of skies feel ever so blue.

I crave for peace

I fear towards joy

I relish a lot of banter

Like a child playing with their favourite toy.

I say I love you

And wish you nothing but the best.

We agree on one thing for sure

We have foresight which allows us to embrace forevermore. 

My eyes tell another story

The time says you are old

Yet my energy days I am young.

What have I done? Yes, that's right,

I had a bit more fun.

My eyes show an age

Yet love and peace exhubiates youth

I aim to capture peace

Yet I have learnt noise to saviour ,

That in the very least.

Judge or ye shall be judged

That is from a world we belong.

People can say what they think.

If wrong? Don't dam it , that could arrive from a blink..

Bring to the world

The happiness you exude

Never lose sight

As that shall never delude.

Be nice to yourself 

As that shall hold within spiritual sight.

Move towards a new beginning 

As that isn't necessary 

From deliverance of fright.

May your gifts return

A block? a side ways move? or trying to recapture a skill?

The fact is the attribute never leaves you

And sometimes it's nature which gives you a clue.

Zen or stillness will manifest a gift given from above.

Hovering gently like a sweet humble dove. 

The fingers draw with finesse 

A moment of inspiration is all it takes 

Bam that moment will arrive.. when?

Only natural ability shall make the emotions zen.

Don't try hard, just let this time flow

Then... wow, it hits you from nowhere to be seen 

Captured by a gracious moment, beautiful and surean ...

No thing such as dark

Just light into day

We are here breathing, living... working out a way.

A smile arrives with light

Continuing to move forward...

Pow, wollop a new start has arrived

Yes 2016 had its setbacks 

Along with those no longer here

We all need to strive and keep their strength alive. 

We will move forward and attempt to strive. 

I say those words with humbleness and grace

Now we have to look to the future

And enter into a far better place.

The world does not stop because life hits us hard.

What else we can do? Find a solution rather than the problem it pertains... 

We are looking onwards and upwards 

In our quest to become contained.

We smile, we laugh 

These are areas we must embrace 

Sadness has its place but the grin turning upwards avoids actions of haste.

2017 will reap the rewards from the efforts each of us shall put in. 

Looking to the future with many stories to unfold... life simply does not stop, even from this poem which I have humbly told... 

The purpose of peace

Words with ambundance

Words need to arrive in peace.

Chat, chat, chat...chat..... 

peace please, at the very least!

It's good to vent 

It's just that may cause emotions and chaotic array, 

I now have my boxing gloves on

You need to go away.

We need peace and quiet 

As well as peace with joy

Allow me to remain humble and attained

Life is challenging enough 

Now, let's get rid of the chaos... as I look to the skies above.

Tasks need to be complete

It's the temperament which shows it's been done well,

Now focus on the balance, rather than the noise... ringing like an annoying bell...
