One day we look around

And may say the infinite words ‘what’s it all about?’

We may over think, think a little,  even stop, not knowing what to do

As for a moment we are open, which can sometimes deem us to fall?

Focus with the love of light.

Hugs…. which arrives with all our might.

 

Be strong in heart

And become strong in mind,

When someone tries to put you down

You can look at them, with a determined frown.

 

Words flowing from the fingertips of my heart

Capturing these moments to make you become strong,

Delivers an essence which turns wrong into right

Yet the world holds strength within the body, heart and mind
