A perfect stranger

A long term condition
Something that dictates a lot in your life,
you just get on with it
Yet there is an auto immunity that causes strife.

Some take insulin, other have a seizure.. that’s what they call a fit?
Sometimes we do not know how to control a simple task
And others lack of empathy is often masked.

A perfect stranger comes to the aid
A comfort to care, especially when you think no one else is there.
You try to fit normally
And often pray to god,
That angel sent from above
Is the tonic where you need to love.

Some have more compassion than others
We hope there is an angel to save us each and everyday,
Even when your own people do not care
Their are angels sharing gifts
And holding your hand through merciful glare.
