My Dad

An impatient soul
Rushes a lot,
Yet he is my ol’ man which I confess, I am little besot.

He is Micky taker
And swears like a trooper,
Yet I do pray for him, especially when he overcomes his stupor.

He is kind
And a bit of a git,
And will interrupt your senses by mentioning he will forget what he is about to say
But like I said before, he is my ol’’ man, and I rather him stay.

At the end of the day
He is kind gentle soul, a little erratic but not at all slow.
