Being yourself

​The chaos,
And the fright,
The blackout during the day and night.

We are doing our best and the people who want to support you may not be there,
Do not worry, there is a higher power who is strong and always fair.

The struggle was instigate through pain
Words from this message I am unable to refrain,
If you haven’t been there, yes, you can empathise but that’s not enough
We were on the receiving end, and yes, we were tremendously tough.

The drink the line, over eating without the aim of stopping
When we were destroying our insides and minds, which was forever rotting. 

Don’t be hard on yourself,
Remove negative people, they have their struggles that can’t work out,
I am saying ‘keep going’ there is a light at the end of the tunnel
The glorification lead us to that place to eventually struggle.
